Requirement Docking
Gift Box Structure:Flip-Top, Lid and base, drawer, folding box, etc.
Application: Perfume gift box, jewelry box, chocolate box, wine box, or custom design via uploaded images.
Dimensions: Specify units (e.g., L×W×H in cm/mm).
Materials: e.g., 300g white cardstock, FSC-certified eco-paper (we can also recommend suitable paper).
Craftsmanship: Hot stamping, printing, embroidery, embossing, surface UV coating, etc.
Quantity: Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically 500 PCS (contact us for inquiries).

Design Proposa
Engineering team provides preliminary floor plans (including exploded views and die lines), marked with material thickness and printing Pantone codes.
Usually produce 2 physical samples within 3 working days.
Ship samples to the destination via FEDEX/DHL/UPS (freight can be prepaid or collect as negotiated).

Quotation & Contract Signing
Issue a detailed quotation within 1 working day, including EXW/FOB/CIF terms.
Clarify delivery time, packaging method,payment methods, transportation methods, etc.

Production Control
Manufactured in ISO 9001-certified factories with FSC/SGS and other relevant certifications.
Daily inspections of die-cutting, printing, gluing, shaping, and all processes, recording adhesive strength.
Sampling inspection ratio ≥5%, testing compression resistance (e.g., ISTA 3A standard), dimensional tolerance (±1mm), and appearance defects. Weekly production photos/videos can be sent via email.

Logistics & Inspection
Air freight: DHL/FedEx/UPS, delivered in 5-7 days, suitable for urgent orders (≤500kg).
Sea freight: Support major European ports; 40HQ containers are recommended for orders over 1000kg, with DDU/DDP door-to-door services available (including prepaid customs duties).
Accept third-party inspection, but require 2 days advance notice for factory coordination.

After-Sales Service
Response via email/phone within 24 hours.
Major quality issues: Negotiate re-delivery within 1 working day and bear the freight.
